Jennifer Hedrick, CAE
President and CEO
Women In Trucking
Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). Her responsibilities are to work closely with WIT’s board of directors and staff to oversee initiatives that support WIT’s mission to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by them.
Hedrick has 17 years of association leadership experience and is an accredited executive by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). For five years she led the National Industrial Transportation League (NIT League) focusing on issues across highway, rail and ocean freight transportation. In that role, she advocated on behalf of members to create efficiencies throughout the commercial freight transportation network.
In addition, she previously served as Vice President, Association Solutions, for MCI USA, where she served as Executive Director and Strategy Manager for several associations, providing full-scale management of operations, staff teams, and outside contractors. In these capacities, she also served as spokesperson for associations on Capitol Hill, before federal regulators, in trade and national press, and at conferences and other engagements.
Hedrick holds a Master of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater College.

Tom Moore has more than 40 years of transportation-related experience in a variety of public relations, journalism, and lobbying capacities. Moore began his career with the American Trucking Associations in 1978. In 1984, he joined the Private Carrier Conference and two years later was promoted to Executive Director. In 1989, he joined Fleet Owner Magazine as Washington Editor, where he worked before taking a job as the Director of Public Affairs for the Georgia Ports Authority. He rejoined Fleet Owner in 1995 as Editor and served in a similar capacity with Randall Publishing until June 2001 when he started his own strategic marketing communications company. He joined NPTC in his current role in January 2007. He is responsible for the Council’s education, certification, research, and event programs including serving as the principal architect of the group's benchmarking survey report since 2005.

Anne Reinke

Anne Reinke is the President of the Intermodal Association of North America. She joined IANA following four years as President & CEO of the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), the leading advocate for 3PLs. Prior to her tenure at TIA, Reinke spent two years as Deputy Assistant Secretary with the U.S. Department of Transportation and 16 years with CSX Corporation.

Norita Taylor, APR, has been with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association for nearly 18 years as a public relations practitioner. She is the president of the board of directors for the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund. She holds an Accreditation designation (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America, is a board member of the Greater Kansas City PRSA Chapter and a Bill Delay Distinguished Service Awardee. She is also involved in performing arts as a musician as well as a volunteer and board member for community theatre, both on and off stage.
