She co-led the transformation of International’s Communications and Brand team into strategic business advisors and supported the company’s 2021 merger with TRATON, leading external and financial communications and executive onboarding.
A dynamic connector (hello Linkedin!), McCloud drives global integration and enterprise alignment through strategic storytelling and market insight. She has shaped reputations for franchise brands, tech startups, and authors, and uses her storytelling ability to serve as spokesperson, panelist, and emcee.
McCloud earned a BA in Corporate Communications from Dominican University and a Management Excellence certification from ESMT Berlin. A self-proclaimed hype girl, she enjoys limitless hobbies from horseback riding to aerial arts.

Domenica Farmer
Area Vice President
WM
Domenica Farmer has 30+ years of experience, entrepreneurship, and driving execution in the comprehensive waste and environmental services industry. As area vice president of WM, Farmer is responsible for all profit and loss aspects of the company’s operations in Texas and Oklahoma to include collections, disposal, recycling, and landfill. Farmer is skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Sustainable Business and Environmental Awareness. She has a strong passion relative to mentoring others, ensuring inclusivity, and empowering people to be their best self.
She began her career with WM in April 1992 in sales and transitioned into the organization’s operations through holding a variety of senior level positions.
Farmer is fluent in Italian and speaks conversational Spanish. She received her MBA and bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of West Florida. Farmer has served as the chairman of the board for the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as a board member of Columbia Southern University. Farmer is a member of the board of directors for the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association and continues to educate groups on benefits of recycling and creating sustainable solutions.

As Bennett's Culture Ambassador, Katlyn Foulks champions a values-driven workplace, treating colleagues like family, as envisioned by it's founder and her grandmother, Marcia Taylor. Appointed in 2019, Foulks upholds Bennett's 50-year legacy of culture and core values, ensuring their preservation amid growth and generational transitions. Foulks co-chairs, co-hosts, and co-emcees the company's annual Symposium, a cornerstone of its cultural and business objectives. In 2021, Foulks launched Bennett University, offering upskill training and the Marcia Taylor School of Leadership. As a founding member and former chair of the Young Leaders group, and Advisor to the Board of Directors, Foulks drives innovation and provides strategic guidance. As Director of the Taylor Family Foundation, Foulks oversees impactful charitable initiatives.

Kelley Martin

Kelley Martin brings more than 17 years of experience at Daimler Truck North America, currently serving as Director of Integrated Marketing. Her career spans Marketing, Pricing, and Sales, where she’s led go-to-market strategies with the customer at the forefront. Martin partners with suppliers and dealers to deliver tailored solutions and is a passionate advocate for culture and belonging. She serves as Executive Advisor for WIN (Women’s Interactive Network), sits on local STEM Advisory Board, and currently serves in a Board role with Women in Trucking. A devoted wife and mother, Martin mentors women—especially working moms—on achieving work-life harmony. Her leadership and commitment to inclusion continue to inspire colleagues and shape the future of transportation.

Carolyn Roach
Chief Human Resources Officer

Carolyn Roach brings more than 20 years of senior experience to her leadership of XPO’s human resources organization, including executive roles with prominent companies in the industrial and financial services sectors. Prior to XPO, Roach led global talent management and diversity and inclusion at JELD-WEN, Inc. and held earlier human resources leadership positions with Corning and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She began her career with Arthur Andersen. Roach holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in strategic human resources and organizational design from Cornell University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School executive education program.

Amy Wettstein
Regional Vice President, Truckload East Region

With more than 30 years in transportation, Amy Wettstein brings deep expertise and steady leadership to several critical functions—from finance and network optimization to strategic planning and commercial execution. As Regional Vice President, she leads Schneider’s eastern Truckload operations, delivering scalable solutions for today’s complex supply chain.
In her career, Wettstein has led commercial strategies for some of Schneider’s largest customers, delivering multimodal solutions to optimize supply chain operations. Recognized by Women in Trucking as one of the Top Women to Watch in Transportation, she continues to raise the bar in service and execution.
Wettstein recently earned her Executive Master’s degree from Denver University, further strengthening her strategic perspective. She is set to elevate performance and mentor future leaders.
