Natalie Ayers is a marketing and product strategy leader at DAT Freight & Analytics, where she focuses on sharing technology that makes life easier and more profitable for carriers—the folks on the front lines of trucking. She oversees go-to-market for DAT’s carrier-enablement ecosystem, including DAT One, DAT iQ, Trucker Tools, Outgo, and the Convoy Platform, to help carriers make better decisions, move freight faster, and stay in control of cash flow. Beyond product, Ayers champions inclusive teams and equitable pathways into tech-enabled roles across trucking—ensuring the people closest to the work shape the tools they use every day. Outside of work, Ayers enjoys hiking with her dogs, practicing yoga and reading mystery novels.

Cody Griggs is the Vice President of Digital Brokerage at C.H. Robinson, a global leader in logistics. Over her 21-year career, she’s held diverse roles across operations, sales, and strategy, building a deep understanding of the supply chain industry and CHR's vital role in supporting carriers. Currently, she leads product management for the Navisphere Carrier and Customer facing platforms, enabling millions of loads a year. Griggs is also passionate about mentoring future women leaders at CHR as an Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Leadership Networking Circle.

A proud mom of two young children, Griggs enjoys family time outdoors, cooking, and reading and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She currently shares her knowledge with the customers at AMCS/Dossier systems. A dynamic speaker, implementation specialist, and consultant with more than 49 years of experience, Laird helps fleet organizations streamline maintenance operations and prioritize and sustain strategic goals while utilizing the latest technologies. Her work has been recognized throughout the industry, as she has presented at industry-leading events such as Women in Trucking, fleet, and system conferences. Laird’s insights help teams transform their culture from merely surviving change to thriving through it. She enjoys spending time with her family and listening to good music.
